What started as an art exhibit ended up being something very different - it became a special reunion of past neighbors and dear friends...and it could not have been more meaningful to me.
Shown here, in the Willis living room, is "The Visible and the Invisible," 36x36 oil on canvas, framed. This piece is based on Colossians 1:15-17, "The son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or ruler or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things and in him all things hold together."
Here is one that is available for sale called “Future Glory” based on Romans 8: 18-21, "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God."
